Linux Online - Distributions and FTP Sites	These pages list numerous distributions of Linux. Follow the links depending on whether you want English or other languages.

Linux XFS	If a computer suddenly loses its electric supply, or if it crashes, it can boot up again quickly and usually with little damage if it uses this file-system. An image of an installation CD (based on Red Hat 7.2) is available, for use with a CD burner.
SourceForge Icewalkers Freshmeat	These are places where you can find software that is not part of a distribution. Some of it must be compiled.
Linux Documentation Project	This is a large collection of documentation about Linux.
FreeBSD Hypertext Man Pages	Here you can search the manuals not just of FreeBSD, but of the Red Hat, SuSE, and Slackware distributions of Linux, and numerous other operating systems too.
freshnews.org	This site carries just the headlines from numerous other sites, some of which themselves just summarize stories from still further sites. Many concern Linux.
